This project focuses on optimizing the space within a home shared by two residents who are both avid gamers, with one occasionally engaging in streaming. The primary design challenge was to effectively accommodate two large computer desks within the same room while ensuring a seamless flow and functionality.

After some space planning exploration and collaborative feedback from the clients, the proposed solution was to place desks on opposite sides of the room so that they are back-to-back. An acoustic divider that can easily be pushed against the wall was recommended, not only as a privacy screen for the streamer but also to manage the acoustics in the room.

This thoughtful approach ensures that both residents can enjoy their gaming and streaming experiences without compromising on comfort or performance.
