The client was looking for visual renderings to present to the project's homeowners.

Two skirting options were presented to the client. Lattice skirting for cost-effectiveness or extending the decking material into the skirting for a premium, cohesive design. Once a design option was chosen, a material cut-list and construction drawings were created for the client to begin framing and building the deck for the homeowners.
