NEW PATIO & DECK

The homeowners aimed to refresh their outdoor area and renovate their deck.

The bubble diagram illustrates how the space was planned to be allocated. Initially, we considered adding two access points to the deck, but decided to keep the primary one to make room for the pool/hot tub. We also suggested installing a slatted awning over the deck, to provide a similar appeal to pergolas. However, this would have increased the project's cost and would require permit applications, as it would need to be attached to the house's structure.

Renders are an excellent method to convey project intentions to contractors and suppliers.
